Title: Corporate Counsel as Information Intermediaries: Survey Evidence

Description: We plan to conduct a survey of corporate counsel. Before sending it out, we’d like to get some feedback on the questions we are planning to ask. In particular, which questions would be interesting to an academic audience. Our survey is a bit long, so we need to cut. And, of course, if people have other interesting themes to consider.
